We are extremely proud of the fact that our last all-practice anonymous survey revealed that over 99 percent of our patients say they would refer their friends and family to us for orthodontic care. Indeed, approximately half of our patients are referred by friends and family, the other half being referred by the patient's dentist. On a scale of 1 to 10, the average overall rating patients and their families gave Theroux Orthodontics was 9.5.
We know anybody can find a few nice comments about themselves. Every single anonymous survey received is contained in a book that sits in our lobby. Read it sometime. We are extremely proud of what our patients have to say about us.
Patients who responded to our last survey are happy to know that a parking garage was added at the Theroux Orthodontics office since the survey. Parking was the number one complaint our patients had and is no longer an issue.

We consulted with Dr. Theroux after moving to Colorado almost three years ago. Previous orthodontists had told us to put our daughter into braces immediately, and it would likely be a long process to be continued over most of her teen years with a large expense. Our first meeting with Dr. Theroux enlightened us to what an honest, knowledgeable, and caring doctor he is. Dr. Theroux informed us our daughter was not at all ready for braces, as her mouth was still growing and teeth were still coming in. He informed us it would be non-productive to start braces for at least a year, and she also needed to wait to see how the teeth would come in. Some baby teeth needed to be pulled to make space for adult teeth. He had numerous free consultations with us, gave us advice on what needed to be done to insure her mouth was ready to begin the process of braces successfully, and was always available to answer questions. My daughter has had her braces on now for five months. From day one, Dr. Theroux has continued to be compassionate (when needed), available for emergencies, and very much involved in the process. It's nice to know there are still doctors who maintain their integrity and do what is in the best interest of the patient. It's obvious Dr. Theroux's interests remain in the final results of his patients, and he is very interested in making his patients feel at ease with him and his staff.
