Dr. Theroux has published articles on pain control in orthodontics, practice management and orthodontic retention.
He has lectured locally, nationally and internationally on the above topics.
Dr. Theroux is especially proud of the publication and professional acceptance of his “Theroux Phase One Essix” retainer, which was featured in the July 2003 issue of the Journal of Clinical Orthodontics.
His article on the retainer was chosen as a “must read” by Practical Reviews in Orthodontics.
Dr. Theroux has had the honor of presenting at the largest orthodontic meeting in the world, the Annual Session of the American Association of Orthodontists, on four occasions since 2001.
In July, 2007, Dr. Theroux presented the Theroux Phase One Essix Retainer at the European Association of Orthodontists Annual Meeting in Berlin, Germany.Dr. Theroux is also very excited to be asked to give three separate lectures at the 7th International Orthodontic Congress and 4th Meeting of the World Federation of Orthodontists in Sydney, Australia, in February, 2010. He will be speaking on: “Clinical Decision Making”, “The Theroux Phase One Essix Retainer”, and “Customer Service Excellence”.*
